Ryan will be featured as a panelist for the upcoming 2018 Link Up: California Conference. Having performed both original educational programs as well as the Carnegie Hall Link-Up curricula for many years, Ryan is excited to bring his expertise to the discussion of how to effectively educate and engage classical music's young listeners!

Ryan has been invited to attend the Conductor's Guilds' new music symposium led by Alan Gilbert featuring the New York Philharmonic and composer Anna Thorvaldsdottir.
29 March 2017 - Contemporary Music Conducting Masterclass led by Susanna Mälkki
Ryan is one of just eight conductors invited to participate in a conducting masterclass led by Maestra Mälkki (Principal Guest Conductor of the Los Angeles Philharmonic & Musical America's 2017 Conductor of the Year) and featuring members of the IEMA (International Ensemble Modern Academy) at the Time of Music Summer Academy in Finland. Ryan Murray is the winner of the 2016/17 American Prize in Opera Conducting (Professional Division) for his highly lauded production of A Streetcar Named Desire.

Ryan will be attending the Aurora Conducting Seminar with Maestro Kurt Masur at the Aurora Classic Festival in Trollhättan, Sweden in August of 2015. Featuring daily conducting seminars with Maestros Masur and Gustavsson, attendance to all festival rehearsals and concerts and Q&A sessions with top artists including Gordan Nikolic, leader of the London Symphony Orchestra.
